• Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mtr in 100 secs
• Running Female :
• 1.5 Kilometer in 8 Minutes 26 Second
• Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mtr in 3 min 45 secs (225 secs)
